If you have been experiencing the following symptoms, please do not schedule a massage for 14 days: fever, chills, cough, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea, persistent chest pain or pressure, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, or other respiratory problems.
The safe reopening plan with new protocols will be emailed to you before your appointment. Masks will be required to enter the facility and must be worn during the massage. If you feel ill on the day of your appointment, please call to cancel as soon as possible. There is no penalty for canceling your appointment. Infection control has always been a top priority for my practice. I follow Practice Guidelines recommended by the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB), along with infection control recommendations made by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). As a sole practitioner, Jessica has scheduling flexibility to give you the full session time you pay for, as well as time to discuss your individual needs and treatment plan, no membership required. With over 20 years of experience in therapeutic massage, Jessica customizes each massage by blending different modalities like deep tissue, cupping, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and more, to help each client meet their specific needs and goals with lasting results. She also educates her clients about what they can do with self care at home, because it’s what we do to care for ourselves on a daily basis that makes the biggest difference in how we feel. Her goal is to help as many people as possible live healthier and happier lives!
