Happy back to school season! Learning new things is an important part of self care because it’s good for our brains, as well as personal growth. Since I’ve been closed I’ve completed a lot of online continuing educating hours for massage therapy, and now I’ve officially been accepted to grad school! I’ll be getting my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy. My goal is to work with individuals and probably groups using talk therapy and art therapy. I’m so excited to unite my art degree and passion for helping people! Don’t worry, I still plan to continue with massage therapy too, and it’s going to be several years before I complete my Masters and 3,000 hours of supervised experience anyway. It’s going to be so fun!
