Happy Monday! I’m back! I’ve been taking time away from social media while caring for my babies and myself. One kitty had eye surgery and is recovering nicely, but her upper respiratory problems are proving to be more difficult to get over. The other kitty has been sick too, but she’s improving.

Self care has been more important than ever during this stressful time. I’m getting a lot of use out of my massager! If you don’t have one, feel free to DM me for a link to the one I use. It’s a percussion massager with 4 different attachment heads, which is great for getting just the right pressure for different muscle groups. My old massager was the vibration kind, which is also great, and it lasted years before finally falling apart. You want to find one with a long enough handle to reach everywhere (if you don’t have someone to help you), and a heavier massager will make it easier to get deeper pressure.
