It’s World Mental Health Day, so I wanted to make sure you know massage therapy can help with mental health, as well as physical health. Research and studies show massage has a positive impact on stress, depression, anxiety, and Seasonal Affective Disorder. Of course I recommend finding a trained mental health professional to talk to as well, which has been very helpful for me!
